Canteen | Coffee bar
Location Zülpicher Straße

In our largest canteen, located directly behind the main building of the University of Cologne, we offer you everything your hungry student heart desires on two floors. Whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan - you can be sure to find the right dish here. A big highlight: At the organic pasta counter, every single portion is prepared right before your eyes. This makes the wait much more exciting and increases the anticipation for Italy's national dish. That's not enough Bella Italia for you? On top of that, every day you'll find oven-fresh pizza topped with the best ingredients. And the journey of discovery continues. You'll find many other countries and tastes in our daily changing specials. Another plus point of our temple of pleasure is that you can also drop by on Saturdays during the lecture period. After your meal, take a break on the university lawn with a coffee from our coffee bar. And you'll be ready to study again. But don't forget to bring back your cup.

Regional, Organic, Fair

The Cologne Studierendenwerk is committed to the environment and university catering is a major part of this effort.

A sustainable environment is the basis for economic, social and cultural development. So we prefer to focus on a mix of organic, Fairtrade, species-appropriate and regional food as well as a conscious supply and production chain.
