The Cologne Student Services Association, in cooperation with AWO Kreisverband Köln e.V., the Fröbel-Gruppe, and the City of Cologne (Weyertal 113), offers places in a large number of daycare centers in Cologne and throughout North Rhine-Westphalia. This means you can choose whether your child should be cared for close to the university or close to home, and you can also select a concept that suits you and your child. Find out more about the individual facilities on the websites of the respective providers and then let us know as soon as possible via the registration form which daycare centers you would like to register your child for.
On the page awo-koeln.de, you can take a closer look at the daycare centers run by AWO. Please note, however, that not all of these facilities are supported through the Cologne Student Services Association, and registration is not possible for all of them. A  PDF document provides a list of the supported daycare centers.

 

Daycare registration

Please send the completed registration form by email to kita-belegplatz@kstw.de. Once we have received your registration, we will review it and add you to our registration list. In October, your registration will be forwarded to the relevant providers. The cooperation partner or institution will then decide on the actual admission to a daycare center. If necessary, you will be offered an alternative institution with the same provider near the desired institution. We cannot guarantee a place in daycare.
