Dormitories
In addition to dormitories with a common kitchen and bathroom we rent out shared flats. We also offer apartments, family apartments for students with children, and barrier-free living space, all available upon request. About half of our rooms and apartments come furnished - the others are unfurnished. Kitchens, laundry and drying rooms are standard facilities. Even internet access is standard. Many residence halls offer a bicycle storage room and some buildings even include fitness and music rooms.
You can submit your application before your course of study begins: Student Housing Application Form. You can select the desired type of housing and whether or not it needs to be furnished.
Energy saving tips: Rent prices are stated as “warm rent” (Warmendmiete), which includes energy costs. Please nonetheless be mindful when consuming water, electricity and heat. We have put together a few tips on energy saving.
